Tree Export Error: Environment variable PS_TREEBASEDIR is not set

Hi,

We are using PeopleSoft 9.2 Tools 8.61.12. I'm trying to export a tree in HCM using Tree Manager > Tree Utilities > Export Trees.

I get error 'Environment variable PS_TREEBASEDIR, needed to qualify a file name, is not set. (2,624)".

I have looked through the options in PeopleTools > Administration > Utilities, but cannot find where this is set.

Can anyone please assist?
