Payment Requests - Accounting Tags/Managing Favorites
Hello,
I am trying to understand how "Managing Favorites" works for Payment Request Accounting tags. It seems to be without rhyme or reason to set up (Most likely user error). I'm hoping to find anything that will explain how they are set up and managed.
In Payment requests-Step 3 of 4: Invoice Details , when I select the Accounting Tag magnifying glass, I click Manage Favorites, I click the filer and search and select one tag, click done, click save. I go back to Manage Favorites, select a 2nd tag, click done, click save. However only one of the tags shows.
On the other hand if I select Accounting tag from the Invoice line, select all of the tags I want, Save, Done. they all show up.
