Upgraded from PT 8.60 to PT 8.61 - PeopleSoft changed how “Target” CREFs behave ?

Menu navigation of PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Requests.

I am observing how the page behaves after clicking on the run control id after the search before the upgrade on PT 8.60 and after the upgrade on PT 8.61

What is the controlling factor/driver for this behavior, is it available for us to change online as a PT option

Please review the screenshots attached.

PT 8.60 - Target content in frame is the expected behavior and if possible we would like to change it back to this from the PT 8.61 Target content opening in new page.

Please share your thoughts.
