Integration OIM OCI With CRM (conector PeopleSoft) - File connection pstools.properties.

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

Hello

We are currently migrating the identity management infrastructure from on-premise to OCI. In the provisioning tests of the Occicliente (CRM) resource, an error is appearing in the logs of the Occicliente server connector. The error is:

PSProperties not loaded from file. Couldn't find file: pstools.properties
JoltSessionPool: bea.jolt.SessionException: Cannot connect to xstabog15-76.bancodeoccidente.net.
Reason:NwHdlr: Cannot open socket\nbea.jolt.JoltException: NwHdlr: Cannot open socket\njava.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

The file was validated at the PeopleSoft application level and it is confirmed that the file exists. The connection to the service xstabog15-76.bancodeoccidente.net:9400 was also tested. The version of the identity manager is 12C (12.2.1.3.0).
