Default Ship to Address on PO

Is it possible to default Ship to Address on PO from Oracle iProcurement requisition Deliver to Location? Presently it is getting populated on PO from Supplier site. Due to this issue the buyer has to change the address manually. Based on documentation the PO ship to default from

Financial Options - > Supplier - > Supplier Site

The requirement we have is the ship to address on PO to be populated either from employee default location or the delivery to location on the requisition.
