OIM is sending null value for a newly added OUD attribute

I have added a new attribute called AuthenticationSessionTimeout.
I updated the connector to send the new value from OIM, added the attribute in the Form Designer, Prepopulate Adapters, Task Adapters, and Lookup.OID.UM.ProvAttrMap. I also updated the Resource Object for the Process Definition (Change Task and Update Task) and attached the new form to the Application Instance in the System Administrator Console.
I can see that the Process Form is showing the correct value in the Identity Console as well as in the UD_OID_USR table.
I also verified the Update Task Adapter mappings, and they look similar to those in another environment where this new attribute update is working correctly.
