Oracle E business Suite 12.2.13 - WF mailer- Office 365
We are experiencing an issue with Workflow Mailer in our Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.13 production environment.
Environment Details:
- Oracle E-Business Suite: 12.2.13
- Platform: IBM AIX 7.2 64 bits
- Concurrent Manager Java Version: IBM Java 1.7.0 (J9 VM, SR5 FP23)
- Mail Server: Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online)
- Authentication Method: OAuth2
- Outbound Secure Protocol: STARTTLS
- Inbound Protocol: IMAP with SSL/TLS
Issue Description:
The Workflow Mailer cannot be started. When attempting to start it from OAM (Oracle Applications Manager → Workflow Manager → Service Components), it fails and transitions to "System Deactivated" after 10 restart attempts.
The error displayed is:
"This automatic Service Component has been restarted the maximum of 10 times after stopping with error. Thus, it has been system deactivated."
