Has anyone migrated on-prem PeopleSoft 9.2 Application to the Ms Azure cloud?

Has anyone migrated an on‑premise PeopleSoft application to Microsoft Azure? I would appreciate hearing about your migration experience, including any risks or challenges you encountered, and lessons learned during the process.

I’m also interested in understanding how PeopleSoft application performance is after moving to Azure.

If you have any documentation, use cases, reference architectures, or guidance available from Microsoft or Oracle website, such as white papers, best practices, or technical guides that will be great. Any insights would be extremely helpful.
