Facing an issue where the Expense Map is not calculating milage correctly for multiple customers
We are facing an issue where the Expense Map is not calculating milage correctly for multiple customers. The map is sometimes unable to recognise certain valid postcodes; some users can see map of US only and the path lining on the map disappears during calculation.
Some users have also reported this issue when they try to enter a location in columns C or D, the path lining disappears and the map no longer displays the route.
Kindly advise.
Note: We have already added 'Self' with the url in Administration profile values.
