Setting the FIXED_DATE on datebase for Mock YE Testing

FMS9.2.55/PT8.62.07

In testing for a Mock Year End we are not able to set the FIXED_DATE on the database to 6/30/26 or 7/1/26 for the end & beginning of the Fiscal Years… We been able to do this for many years in a Test environment but not this year?

Has anyone ran into a similar issue ?
