User <anonymous> has insufficient permission to access EJB type=<ejb>

While trying to access the IT Resources in the SysAdmin console as the xelsysadm user (with the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS Role) or any other user I am getting the following error:

<Apr 5, 2026 1:58:47,680 PM EDT> <Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101017> <[ServletContext@84215955[app:oim module:/iam/governance/adminservice/api/v1 path:null spec-version:3.1]] Root cause of ServletException.

javax.ejb.EJBAccessException: [EJB:010160]Security violation: User <anonymous> has insufficient permission to access EJB type=<ejb>, application=oim, module=iam-ejb.jar, ejb=tcITResourceInstanceOperationsIntf, method=findITResourceInstancesx, methodInterface=Remote, signature={java.util.Map,java.lang.String}.
