Issue with URL Construction in Delivered Notify Email When Optional Fields Are Blank

Hi Team,

I have created Notification Templates for a component that contains a single page with only Level 0 fields: Student ID, Academic Career, Academic Program, and Academic Plan. These four fields are configured as bind variables in the notification template and sending email using the 'Notify' button on the component.
In scenarios where the user does not enter values for Academic Program or Academic Plan, the system still constructs the email URL by appending these parameters with blank values. As a result, the generated URL appears as shown below:
http://111.11.111.00:5070/psp/CSxxxx/EMPLOYEE/SA/c/A_TEST.A_TEST.GBL?Page=PT_WF_NOTIFY&Action=U&RUN_CNTL_ID=&OPRID=&EMPLID=%C1&ACAD_CAREER= C2%=&ACD_PROG=&ACAD_PLAN=
