Query output email shows "No Matching Rows were found"

Recently we upgraded the People Tools to version 8.61 from 8.59. When a scheduled PSQuery runs and the query does not return any rows the report output shows " No matching rows were found: Report Name". In the lower version when the query did not fetch any row the output just contained the report name and blank attachment.

Is there a way to suppress the message " No matching rows were found" from being displayed/sent to the user?

Please let me know.
