Adding Oracle staff to CMOS User Groups

Is there any specific method to allow Oracle staff access to our CMOS user groups for support assistance? We recently were moved to a new TAM. Our previous TAM had access to our MOS CSIs, so when we were migrated to CMOS, the TAMs oracle.com account was grandfathered into our CMOS user groups.

Now that we have a new TAM, I've not been able to find a way to grant access to our User Groups without creating an entirely new user account and giving the TAM those credentials. Additionally, given that our IDCS instances are tied back to our backend identity provider means that we'd need to create user accounts in our source domain and have them synced to IDCS.
