Core HR Issue – Employee Attachments Not Visible After Reactivation

In Core HR(Clod), When an employee contract expires, his/her records (CV, certificates, etc.) are archived. When the said employee contract is renewed after the expiry date, the employee profile is reactivated, but the attached documents are not reactivated for viewing. We suspect there is either a process we are not following or a parameter not activated to enable the team to view the employee's attached documents. Please let us know how to access the employee-attached documents.
