New implementation of eProcurement on Image Level 26

in Supply Chain Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hi

We are currently on Tools 8.61 and Image Level 26. We want to implement the eProcurement module and have 3 options:

  1. First move to overall Image Level 56. Then implement eProcurement
  2. Implement eProcurement on level 26 and then move to overall Image level 56
  3. Create a Change Package to go live with eProcurement on level 56 while the rest of Finance is on level 26.

Option 1 would be preferable but we would like to go live with eProcurement asap.

Option 2 would be the fastest route to go live but we will then have to upgrade in any case.

Option 3 could be a compromise but is risky.

Which option would you recommend and why?
