Setup of PeopleSoft Test Framework

I have installed the PTF client and am trying to log in. The gateway url begins with http (not https) and ends with PeopleSoftListeningConnector (not HttpListeningConnector) i.e. it is 'http://………………/PeopleSoftListeningConnector

The error message is that "The http request to https://………………/HttpListeningConnector timed out"

I have checked where PTF is getting 'https' and 'HttpListeningConnector' from (instead of 'http' and 'PeopleSoftListeningConnector') but cannot find it.

We are on Tools 8.61.12 and I have installed the 8.61.12 Client

Can anyone assist?
