Automate Business Unite setup R12.2

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello everyone

My client is facing the challenge: almost a quarter of the year the BU/LE should be set because of business process rollout.

I am looking for any opportunity to automate the process as 90% of setups are the same for them, only values are different.

I would appreciate any suggestions! Perfectly after would be great to find option to automate testing as well
