Strategies are created with On Hold status and "IEX: Put Strategy On Hold/Release" does not release

in Advanced Collections - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We have Advanced collection Business level Bill-To along with Multi Level Stratergy using Party Group Relationship functionality under KB730012. We have custom Bill-To and Customer Group/Party level scoring engine setup and working and scoring correctly. As per KB730012 "Any Parent customer of group would be assigned appropriate delinquent strategies at ‘PARTY’ level". When we run IEX: Stratergy Management:

  1. Stratergies at Party/Customer Group level are created with status "On hold". Due to which they do not show up under "Stratergy Work Item: Customer" node. This happens to all 1000+ Parties. It is not because Parties DO NOT disputes or Promise to Pay. Additionally Pre and Post Execution Wait for all Work items are set to 0 days. So work item are created as OPEN but not strategies.
