How did Windows updates affect PeopleTools 8.57 and Printing directly to the Printer?

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We are on PT 8.57.12 and recently applied windows updates KB5078755 and KB5066139. Since those have been applied we are having issues when processes (SQR, Crystal) send directly to the printer. The processes go to success but nothing prints. It works sometimes not but often. We can print directly to the printer from the servers so that is not an issue and at this time I am not seeing anything in the logs that indicate an issue. I have seen that possibly it is connected to these updates and RC4 (security tightening) but can't confirm and haven't seen a work around.
