PeopleSoft Notification Composer - In-App Notifications (Actions): Auto Dismissal

PeopleSoft NC allows to configure notifications for In-App notifications where an action needs to be taken.

We observed that once an action is taken, the relevant In-App "Action" notification (Not Alerts) disappears - In others gets auto dismissed. Is this a delivered functionality?
