LLM integration that performs actions on your behalf

I know PeopleSoft is providing the ability to link your OpenSearch to an LLM. The obvious use case of that would be to let users free-text search the kind of information that is in your search indexes (e.g., give me the total of all requisitions for march).

We have a user that would like to be able to just "do" things in PeopleSoft via an LLM. For example, type in "do month end closing' and it magically does it.

That doesn't seem like something that's going to happen. I'm not even sure how you'd build it given how the LLM integration above works.
