Excel to CI there are few rows showing 'OK and Warning' but didnt get loaded into the Peoplesoft

When i Compare Position Excel to CI load with peoplesoft System, i find with the mass load there are few rows which didn't got transfer to peoplesoft but i didnt see any errors or information message as its showing as status "OK" in excel to CI.

Version: microsoft excel 2019 MSO excel to CI

Can anyone have any recommendation or solution please.
