Performance degradation between Psoft batch server and database after moving to PaloAlto firewall
We recently migrated our Non-prod PeopleSoft HCM, FIN and CS systems to a PaloAlto firewall. We are seeing a significant performance degradation in our batch processes. After analyzing the traffic between our batch server and the database it appears that the new firewall is slowing down the endless amount of sql traffic that we see in our Peoplesoft application. We see this slowness in cobol, app engine, sqr and psquery.
Does anyone have experience with PaloAlto firewalls or have you done anything to reduce the "chattiness" of the sql traffic in Peoplesoft.
Thank you,
