PTools 8.62 - Configurable Search tables

select * from PS_PTS_CSRCH_FLD;
select * from ps_pts_cs_fldrec;

Where do these tables reside? The reason I ask is they appear to not be getting cleared if I delete a row when changing the labels on a field in Configurable Search Options. We have two PSOFT instances and one instance of Open Search. Both instances have the same data.
