Oracle EBS R12.2.10 HTTPS Connection Shows "Connection Not Secure" Intermittently After SSL renewal

Hi Experts,

We are running the following environment:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite: R12.2.10
  • Database: Oracle Database 19.29.0.0
  • Deployment: Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Base Database Service (1-Node DB System)

After applying a new SSL certificate, we are experiencing an intermittent HTTPS issue on the EBS frontend.

Issue Description

Although the SSL certificate is valid (we have verified the certificate validity dates and it has not expired), users occasionally receive a browser warning such as:

  • "Connection is not secure"
  • "Your connection is not private"
  • Similar HTTPS/SSL security warnings

The unusual behavior is that the problem is intermittent:

  • Today, one user may receive the warning while other users access the application normally.
