Oracle Database Gateway 19.3 Installation on RHEL 9.8 Fails with client_sharedlib Error

Hello MOSC,
I would appreciate some guidance regarding an issue we are currently facing.
We are trying to install Oracle Database Gateway 19.3 for SQL Server, but the installer immediately reports that the operating system is not supported. We were able to bypass this check by setting:

export CV_ASSUME_DISTID='OL8'

The installation then proceeds normally until the final stage, where it fails with the following error:

Error in invoking target 'client_sharedlib' of makefile
'/oracle/app/product/19.3.0/dgw_1/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk'. See
'/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2026-07-08_03-40-34PM.log'
for details.
