Is Peoplesoft compliant/certified with Spain Verifactu System?

We are currently using the PeopleSoft Billing module for Spain region and are trying to understand the implications of the VERI*FACTU regulations.

As we understand it, Spain's VERI*FACTU framework requires invoicing and billing software used by businesses and professionals to comply with specific technical requirements relating to invoice integrity, traceability, immutability, auditability, and reporting. Additionally, companies subject to Spanish Corporate Income Tax will be required to use compliant invoicing software from 1 January 2027.

We would like to understand the following:

  1. Is Oracle PeopleSoft Billing currently compliant with or certified for VERI*FACTU requirements?
  2. Has Oracle released any official guidance, localization, or roadmap for VERI*FACTU compliance in PeopleSoft?
