Does anyone having the TLReportedTimeSuggestion notification working on the new landing pages?

We are trying to get the delivered functionality working for the landing page My Home with PUM 55 in HCM. However, the TLReportTimeSuggestion doesn't show on the suggestions section of the landing page. The notification is active and we have run the search build process (RTI is also on). What are we missing?
