Global Search Not Returning Results in Test Environment

Hi,

We are facing an issue with Global Search in the test environment. Although the search indexes (PT Portal and EOHP Homepage Notifications) have been deployed successfully, Global Search is not returning any results.

Below are the observations:

  • Search instance is configured and working fine.
  • All Ping and connectivity tests are successful.
  • Search index deployment completed successfully.
  • OpenSearch is up and running.
  • Keystore path has been configured in the opensearch.yml file.
  • No errors have been observed during the search instance validation.

Could you please let us know if there are any additional configurations or options that need to be enabled for Global Search to return results? Alternatively, is there any step that we might have missed as part of the setup or post-deployment configuration?
