Is anyone else experiencing issues when downloading the ZIP file for the "Patch 39426164: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 14.1.1.0.260522"? When I download the file and try to open it, I get an error indicating that it is not a valid zip file format. I've been trying to open it on Windows and have tried several different servers to see if it was perhaps an issue with one vs the other.
