PT 8.62 Out of Support date

Hi, How can you show July 2028 as the out of support date for PT 8.62 date when the typical way it works is that once the new tools go live the older tools is supported for 24 months. Currently there is no GA date for PT 8.63 so how can there be a EOS date for PT 8.62.
