OpenSearch Questions for First Time Install

PeopleTools 8.62.07, FS/SCM 9.2.55

TLDR: installing OpenSearch for the first time and after reviewing Tools and DPK documentation unclear on some items.

Do we need to install and configure LOGSTASH?

We're not planning currently on using external data, or the health center.

Does OpenSearch distinguish between Instances sharing the same node?

If we have 2 environments (e.g., DEV and TST) with search instances sharing the same OpenSearch Server/Node, does the system automatically distinguish between data and requests from the 2 environments?

Is this true that any SD can be used with RTI or just ones provided by Oracle

The documentation states that any query based definition can be used with RTI, but that's not true - I would think only the Oracle provided ones come with triggers.
