Download button disabled for Patch 32248879 despite active Patch Download entitlement

Patch affected: 32248879 (MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF DATABASE PSU11.2.0.4.201020 FOR BUGS 32048478 20448066), platform Linux x86-64Issue: The Download button remains disabled on the patch page, eventhough my user group's "My Privileges" section explicitly shows"Patch Download: Allow". I have already applied the prerequisitepatch 31537677 successfully. Attempted logout/login and verifiedactive CSI selection with no change. Also attempted download viaPatch Plan with the same result.This appears related to the CSI having been migrated from a legacysupport identifier ("created for legacy CSI by Oracle Migration"),possibly with an incomplete sync of download entitlement to thepatch delivery backend.Request: Please verify/re-sync download entitlement for CSI 87292805against
