What's your approach to the monthly Security / Tools / Application Patch Implementation

With the heightened attention to security positions at entities and the need for more active patching and remediation of vulnerabilities, I'm wondering if anyone can share their approach to patching and whether they are adopting all of the CSPU / CPU updates on a monthly basis, along with the application updates that come with them? Or are you pushing them out to a less frequent cycle?

Or are you mitigating the security vulnerabilities in other ways in lieu of implementing the CSPU/CPU on a monthly basis?

Appreciate anyone that can share the direction their entities are handling this.
