Patch 39597043: OUD BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.260622

After applying Patch 39597043, our (Linux) OUD proxy server cannot connect to (Windows) MS SQL Server database. There's no errors in log files. Other OUD proxy servers that have not been patched with 39597043 (other servers patched to June 2026 patch) continue to work fine.
