How to Handle Opensearch and Opensearch Dashboards during Production to TEST refresh

I'm currently running HR, FS, and CS on PT. 8.61.

Can anyone provide with the tables needed to export opensearch and opensearch-dashboard configuration before refresh so I can keep some of my configuraiton.. I know there is still some manual configuration but I would like to limit that as much as possible.

I'm on Oracle DB. So any help would be appreciated,
