OVA file missing in PUM_057 downloads

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

I am trying to install PUM 057 on the virtual machine, while there is no virtual box image to download Oracle suggested to download the native OS version and run the setup script, however the script is failing stating that it cannot find the OVA file. Has anyone ran into a similar issue. thanks
