Change Assistant - Tools Upgrade 8.62.09 from 8.61.11 - Objects with customizations not overwritten

Hi,

We recently upgraded our PeopleTools version from 8.61.11 to 8.62.09. After the Tools upgrade, a lot of objects show on the compare reports as unchanged/*unchanged for source/target with action/upgrade of copy/yes. However, after the upgrade was completed, none of these objects got overwritten with the delivered version.

I did not see any options anywhere to change this behavior. We normally let delivered changes overwrite our customizations and then we add our customizations to the newly delivered versions of those objects after. So, my question is, why did the Tools upgrade did not copy these objects from the PeopleTools 8.62.09 change package to the target database?
