After 8.62.09 Tools Upgrade, Job data does not return data

After PeopleTools upgrade to 8.62.09, for PeopleSoft HCM/IMAGE53, the job data component only loads for emplids that have one empl_rcd. If I search for first name "Alice", in previous Tools version, it would load everyone whose first name was Alice. After the Tools upgrade, I have to add their last_name too, and if they have one empl_rcd, the data will load, but if they have more than one empl_rcd, you would have to specify the empl_rcd for it as well to load. So basically, the search page doesn't return more than one row. I feel like it's an easy
