Why Retainage Release Invoices Don't Add a New Line on the PO Life Cycle Page

When a Retainage Release Invoice is created and validated, the summary graph and header metrics (such as Retainage Released) update immediately on the Purchase Order Life Cycle page, but no new invoice row appears under the Invoices section. Instead, Oracle Fusion updates the Retainage Released column on the original standard invoice row. Why the Retainage Released invoice is not showing?
