PFC Change Tracking Related Content on Fluid Components / Pages within an Activity Guide

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We are configuring / implementing PFC Change Tracking for Classic as well as Fluid Components / Pages.
We are seeing the Related Content on the Classic Pages; However, We are not seeing the Related Content for Fluid Component / Pages which are contained / accessed via an Activity Guide.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
