Oracle CPQ – Audit History for Quote Line Changes

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement in Oracle CPQ where the customer needs to track any changes made to Quote Lines.

The requirement is that whenever any user, regardless of their team or role, updates a quote line, the system should keep a history/audit record showing:

  • Who made the change
  • When the change was made
  • Which quote line was modified
  • Field/attribute that was changed
  • Previous value
  • New value

For example, if a user changes the Price, Quantity, Discount, or any other line-level attribute, the customer needs to be able to view the change history.

Is there any standard Oracle CPQ functionality
