Can a value from query results be passed via Drilling URL to a component with no search key?

Hi,

I am trying to define a Component Drilling URL in Query Manager (PT 8.62.09) but the component does not have a search key defined. Based on the documentation, I understand that this step is optional and, if one does not map any search keys to the source component, then when the drilling URL link is clicked in the query result column page, it will be directed to a component search page, where the search key values can be entered.

My questions is whether there is a way to still pass the value from the query results, say an ID, and populate the page so the user has to only click Search instead of copy the value from the query results and paste on the page. Would any of you have done that and could share some pointers?
