How to upgrade rules associed with wokflow in JDeveloper 14

Hello

I have workflows code in which were deployed on OIM 12 and recently I performed upgrade from OIM 12c to OIM 14c after that I'm getting issues with notification that soa trigger. In summary I think the origen of this issue it's the structure of source code in ApprovalTask.task & ChallengeTask.task because when I open my Application in JDeveloper 14c for both tasks, I'm getting the next message in the top right corner: "Click here to upgrade rules associated with this workflow" however I try to click on button it's not working. I'd like to know there are others alternative
