Oracle EBS WebADI MulitSelect value

Hello

we need to have our WebADIs that "download" output ~ allow a value w multi select but seems Google says is possible :) this (KB370838 for detailed steps on creating a multi‑select LOV component in Web ADI ) indicates does not have that feature

select "all" is not an option as w 100000+ employees that will take away to log to generate;

Suggestions?? as we really need this option for our end user to select multi values (ie cost centers)
