PeopleTool Patches - How To Apply

Hi,

We are on PT 8.61.11 and looking to install/apply to most current 8.61.xx available. Typically we have perform upgrades 8.61.xx to 8.62.xx where there is an upgrade package to run through Change Assistant, in addition to the DPKs for the servers.

What is the process for applying a patch ? Is there corresponding instructions and change package ? Where do we find if there is PT database changes, etc?
