Is there any way to hide the Supplier Offers from the Payments tab under Payment Agent ?

in Getting Started in MOSC

We are not using Supplier Offers and discount in our organization so we want to hide the Supplier offer to avoid any confusion at user level. Is there any way to hide this option ?
