Unable to setup Customisation Insights Dashboards in PT 8.62

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I'm experiencing issue on PeopleTools 8.62.12. No Customization Insights are available in the deployment list.

So far, I have:

  • Successfully defined and deployed the search definition PTIAINCUSTINSIGHT_SRCH .
  • Completed a search index build, but it indexed 0 documents.
  • Confirmed that the "Customization Details" and "Customization Insights" dashboards are still not visible.

I noticed that the dashboards appear to be available starting from HCM PUM Image 55, but the documentation suggests that this feature should be supported on PeopleTools 8.62.

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a fix or workaround?
