Does PeopleSoft Support/PeopleTools have an official patch or guidance for the upcoming British Columbia and Alberta permanent daylight saving time change on November 1?

Database/OS vs. PeopleSoft Level:

I have received a DBA side oracle 19/RDBMS patches patch planning, Do we only need to update the time zone data at the Operating System/Database level (e.g., Java tzdata, Oracle DB DST patches), or

is there a specific task required within the PeopleSoft Product HCM/FSCM 9.2 (8.60/8.62)Time Zone tables (PSTIMEZONE / PSTZDATA)?
